Graduate Handbook - 3. Doctor of Philosophy Degree Program
The degree of Doctor of Philosophy is conferred on candidates in recognition of high scientific attainments and the ability to carry on original Research. Students with a Master of Science Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering may apply for the doctoral program of study. Admission to the Ph.D. program will be based on a review of the application and associated references.
